Once you become a subscriber, the design queue becomes your canvas. Add an unlimited number of design requests, and watch them come to life one by one, ensuring each project receives the attention it deserves.
Most requests are completed within 2-3 days. For more intricate projects, additional time may be needed to ensure exceptional results.
We prioritize your convenience and offer remarkable flexibility in requesting designs. Whether you prefer direct communication through Trello, sharing Google Docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief video instead of writing out your requirements, we've got you covered. As long as it can be linked to or shared within Trello, we're ready to bring your ideas to life.

Rest assured, our subscription fee is all-inclusive, with no hidden costs or setup fees.
You can cancel your subscription anytime. A renewal will be avoided with a written notice at least 14 days before your next billing date.If you cancel within 14 days of the renewal, your account will renew for one more month, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of that month.
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided after work has commenced. If you are dissatisfied with the work produced, you are encouraged to contact Kem Design within 7 days of receiving the deliverable to discuss revisions. Kem Design will work to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
